Melody has over a decade of paralegal experience, working for various law firms in Pittsburgh. She has advocated for hundreds of clients to obtain justice. Now, she advocates for our clients to have a great time! Melody also oversees the financial controls of Lit & Loud and has a strong passion for ensuring the company's capital flow remains strong to power innovation in events. Her love of music and having fun led her to become part of the Lit & Loud team.
Ashley Lane - Operations
Ashley has decades of operational experience ranging from the service industry and corporate America. Ashley ensures all Lit & Loud events are fully planed, organized, and executed with operational excellence. With Ashley working behind the scenes, our events do not skip a beat and always shine. With Ashley in operational control, our clients can simply take the stage in the spot light while our team manages the details.
Cathy Votour - Marketing & People
Cathy joins Lit & Loud with decades of leadership in corporate America as well as extensive experience representing work groups in leadership roles with national union labor groups. Cathy's vast network fuels Lit & Loud's business lead flow. Cathy's passion for people ensures that Lit & Loud's focus always remains on people and bringing them together.
